[FFmpeg-cvslog] build sys: rename STRIPFLAGS to ASMSTRIPFLAGS

build sys: rename STRIPFLAGS to ASMSTRIPFLAGS

This more closely matches the actual use, also we use plain
strip without these flags for striping
