[FFmpeg-cvslog] avidec: use sensible error codes instead of -1

avidec: use sensible error codes instead of -1

Use AVERROR_INVALIDDATA on invalid inputs, and AVERROR_EOF when no more
frames are available in an interleaved AVI.
