[FFmpeg-cvslog] rtpdec_mpeg4: Return one AAC AU per AVPacket

rtpdec_mpeg4: Return one AAC AU per AVPacket
This makes the returned data valid to stream copy into other
containers as well, not only for decoding straight away.
