But nothing seems to indicate which variant was encoded, it seems just
a user setting in the decoder if i understand the ticket correctly.
and i dont see an obvious difference between the files that where
encoded with that flag, it seems just shifting the frame by 1 line

so i dont know from what the interlacing or field order could be
set from ...
