This commit is about ffmpeg.c, anton added code to do multithreaded
demuxing a few days ago (5db5169e46a5f1676aafb82ec8c3f5dc6fb6bb6d).
That code never worked on mingw and that is what has been disabled.
Nothing that worked once has been disabled, this is just fixing
compilation on mingw where that code can currently not work.

Rewriting code that is poorly written but fully understood is good.
Rewriting code that one doesnt understand is a sign that one is less smart
then the original author, trying to rewrite it will not make it better.
