What would you prefer? tags? meta-information? I don't want to use
"properties" here because it is not with the other attributes.

What makes you think it is wrong?

I choose "so is" because timecode is generally in the video stream (it is
video-related), or in the format metadata; that form somehow justifies the
presence in the tmcd track. If it still doesn't sound correct english to
you, I'm happy to change it.
