I just submitted the CELT-in-Ogg parser to libav, you'll get it this night
with the usual merge (with minor cosmetic changes, and the usual
substitution in copyright boilerplate). It also adds CODEC_ID_CELT, thus
avoiding binary incompatibility for this one and the next.
