No one reads the docs... until they're totally stuck. Then they need
somewhere to look.

Possibly. Right now, FFmpeg's ffmpeg is still interative in that it
listens for 'q' to quit, right (I know libav's FFmpeg doesn't do this
anymore). Maybe some documentation right there is more useful.
