[FFmpeg-cvslog] ffplay: in video_thread(), use av_dlog() for timestamp logging.

ffplay: in video_thread(), use av_dlog() for timestamp logging.

Disable logging of rescaled timestamps if DEBUG is not enabled.
Avoid debug log spamming with -loglevel debug.
