[FFmpeg-cvslog] Sanitise get_bits macros, part 1

Mans Rullgard git
Sun Jan 23 21:01:56 CET 2011

ffmpeg | branch: master | Mans Rullgard <mans at mansr.com> | Sun Jan 23 01:24:46 2011 +0000| [d232e09d518b4d690d42ecde624ee6435cd35261] | committer: Michael Niedermayer

Sanitise get_bits macros, part 1

Some of the macros in get_bits.h include a final semicolon,
some do not. This removes these or adds do {} while(0) around
the macros as appropriate and adds semicolons where needed in
calling code.
