AVFMT_FLAG_NONBLOCK is only supported by few devices, mainly because the
code written before AVFMT_FLAG_NONBLOCK's introduction has not been updated.

I suspect that patches updating the protocol code in libavformat to support
AVFMT_FLAG_NONBLOCK would be welcome :)
