[FFmpeg-cvslog] x11grab: add follow_mouse AVOption.

x11grab: add follow_mouse AVOption.

-follow_mouse centered|PIXELS
  move grabbing region to where mouse pointer at the center; or
  only move when pointer reaches within PIXELS to the edge.
