Regarding avfilter, AFAIUI, it is far from beeing settled and still
heavy in development. And there are filters still being ported (like
yadif) or developed. I think we should admit that it didn't make it for
0.6.

Our other option would be to throw away the current 0.6 branch and
rebase it on a newer svn snapshot. But TBH, I think the snapshot choosen
is not a particulary bad one.

But I'm of course open for opinions!
