may i point out that this issue still has not been discussed and voted
upon and that the policy cannot just be changed by you and diego.

also its not just a 1st vs 3rd but also third option of "leave it
to the maintainer and keep the policy by 1 rule simpler"

people may argue that its the english experts to decide if 1st or 3rd
but its surely everyones to decide if a rule or no rule should be
there about it.
