strictly speaking, this file is broken in several ways
depending on bugs in the ms dshow implementation of avi
and
if you look at the audio stream at the begin, you will see thats not mp3
but huge chains of 0 bytes
we could make -async 1 the default, except that i dont know how to fix
this
