I am on IRC often, what are you talking about ? Logs are available.

I don't think this is true at all, but you may want to give a few 
references here. A lot of people are _whining_ on IRC.

I believe people are way more afraid of incurring Mans's warth than 
Michael's. I didn't see Michael acting crazy and like a dictator lately.
