[FFmpeg-cvslog] H 263 decoded picture quality is very bad

Hi,

My application uses ffmpeg for h 263 frame decode.  My application skip the RTP header and remaining data according to RFC2190 will be sent to the ffmpeg decode.
The data strem has got both MODE A and MODE B.

But i am getting the error like "Bad picture start code" and "header damaged".

The decoded picture quality is so poor.

Does anybody found this type of problem.

Does ffmpeg-0.5 support MODE B of h 263.
