Iam sorry that ive not fixed that yet (didnt read mplayer-cvslog until today)
but this fix is not completely ideal, it causes the function to be duplicated
several times.

Though i guess we can keep it until these functions are all moved out of
the preprocessor template magic and called through normal function pointers.
