hmm, seems i found your "previous" email, guess i read the lists in the
wrong order ...

well, i consider commented out code as well as quick and dirty debug tools
in  tools/ to be of lets say less importance and having lower quality
requirements.
I dont commit such low quality code intentionally where it ends up in
libav* or ffmpeg binary.

If everyone would commit commented out (and broken) code, and independant
programms to tools/ which were broken. Well i dont think it would affect
ffmpegs compileability.
