It is not clear if rtp.h is part of the public API, or if it is exported
by error (see http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2008-January/040120.html),
so I committed the patch.

If it turns out that rtp.h is really part of the public API, I'll revert
the patch.
