I did not create it. It's the normal BusyBox version of cat, which
does not include all sorts of senseless code that complicates buffer
management for the sake of textfile processing operations that have
nothing to do with the normal behavior of cat. Blame the
GNU/BSD/whoever idiots who thought cat had something to do with text

I think pr might be sufficiently uncommon (even though standard) that
it would be nice to check for its presence and skip the useless line
number stuff if pr is not present..
