but it does not work, at least i have a dvd .iso which dont work
using ffdca (sound broken, skippy and soon gets out of sync then
demuxer buffer underruns), while it's working fine with ffdts.
maybe it's some mplayer bug, related to demuxers, but it should
have been fixed before removing the working decoder...
