first it was possible for 1 stream to end up with 1<<pts_wrap_bits larger
timestamps than the others
second the timestamps where not really predictable, that is a packet _with_
timestamps could end up with any timestamp ts + (X<<pts_wrap_bits) with
X an arbitrary integer depending on what was demuxed before ...
