Hehe, took my some time to find out that all those 17 are supposed to be
CABAC_BITS + 1 when I tried myself to find the bug (well, since I know
zero about cabac it was no surprise I didn't find it anyway *g*).
Though I think there are quite a few more places that only work with
CABAC_BITS == 16, esp. in the asm code, although they could probably
work for both cases.
