In this case I thought the text of the patch *was* relevant evidence: it
proves a52bin is dependant on a52, but the dependency is nowhere forced 
and nowhere checked. Had I snipped it, interested readers would have had 
to go back in the thread to read the patch. Snipping too much is not 
good either...

For the record, personnally, I dont care when people DONT snip
signatures, as long as multi-level quoting marks are present. I knew
others do, which is why I mention it when top-posting also occurs.
