I also see rtsp_default_protocols exported in rtsp.h. I think it should be
removed and replaced with a tag in the rtsp:// url.

BTW, rtsp.h is also trying to export two other variables (rtsp_rtp_port_min
and rtsp_rtp_port_max) that do not appear to exist.
