Fix your damn threading and quoting! Any real email program can reply
to the individual MIME components of a digest email, as long as you
configured your subscription for MIME format digest. You're already
spammed and trolled and sent bad patches and wasted enough time on
these lists without also breaking threading!

Each codec is a special case due to nonstandard extradata formats and
codec ids. Often other various brain damage too.

Every existing demuxer is HUGE! Several times larger than most other
formats. This is NOT due to special code to handle Matroska gimmicks.
It's due to the basic requirements.
