Sorry for the uglification of allcodecs.c, but it's the only way it'll
work.

I'd like to get the codec list by some other means, and have configure
generate those calls to register_avcodec().  Right now I can't think
of a nice way though.  Grepping all the source files for AVCodec
definitions would of course work, but it seems excessive.
