No, you will have all sorts of unexpected problems, and new lavc
features will not be available unless you recompile MPlayer too. Using
shared lavc is STRONGLY discouraged by MPlayer developers. If you
insist on doing it please don't file bug reports unless you've already
tested after upgrading both lavc and MPlayer to the latest version and
unless you clearly mention that you're using shared lavc.
