[FATE] rsync -aL fate-suite 774

Hi,

I recently noticed that the default fate-suite rsync (rsync -aL) pulls
a fate-suite folder which is, as well as all its content, group
writeable. Turns out to be quite a severe security policy breach on my
machines, so I've modified the rsync command, but I thought maybe this
was worth reporting...
