[DVDnav-discuss] proposal: make dvdnav-discuss at mplayerhq read only

To anyone who's still reading.

I'm going to request mplayerhq admins to make the
dvdnav-discuss at mplayerhq mailing list read only.
There's been almost no traffic except spam in the
moderation queue and libdvdnav-devel at videolan will
still be there.

If there are no convincing arguments against this
action, I'll make the request in a couple of weeks.
