[DVDnav-discuss] cross/mingw compilation (was assertion failure with certain DVD's)

Looks like the fix may be:
$ sh ./autogen.sh
$ ./configure ...

though it's not mentioned in the documentation.  It compiles on mingw
and cross compiles well now.
