It just happens that we need it in VLC, for the 1.1.0 version.
We changed a bit how the video output core functions and we moved from
libmpeg2 to avcodec to decode DVDs and menu.

Without this, we need to do horrible Hacks to support correct AR in
menus. This would help us quite a bit.
