[DVDnav-discuss] [PATCH] Patch 5/5: unrar container.

This patch enables dvdread to be able to read .ISO files inside of a RAR 
archive. It does so by using popen() to spawn "unrar" executable. It is 
recommended it is used with the "unrar" version with "-sk<offset>" 
feature to allow to lseek() in the RAR archives.
