[DVDnav-discuss] patched libdvdread in dvdnav

This has nothing to do with my previous post on this list, but what 
about incorporating the patch from 
http://tobias.rautenkranz.ch/libdvdread_ifo.html.en

to add support for some copy protection crap which is around.

As mentioned on the given page, it helps with some known DVDs (I could 
test only one, as I always avoided these DVDs), but it appears it didn't 
help with the rental version of the german "Enchanted" DVD (I personally 
didn't test it, so I cannot give any more infos on this, though I'm 
quite curious about it... maybe I'll rent it and do it myself sometime).

The added patch is for the special flavor of libdvdread added in libdvdnav.
