I didn't work in win32 with build.
Erik Lunchpail sent to me this patch in  february 2006 and at then time he 
created the win32 application. I think that he needid this patch.
In order to I sent in the patch that his work do not disappear.
I think that it is useful if we ask somebody who is well up in win32 system.
