Please *don't* try to use external libdvdnav on anything right now, as
I said the internal copy is quite heavily modified so the external copy
will most likely fail miserably.
I hope to reintroduce support for external copy as soon as Nico is
doing a release; I'd be glad if he added support for pkg-config file
for this, but I can live without it for now.
But really, don't use external libdvdnav of any kind with 1.1.6,
tracking down issues with that is a big waste of time, yours, mine and
Nico's, if what he did to forwardport stuff on libdvdnav2 branch was
only related to this.
