[DVDnav-discuss] [PATCH] Allow building with builddir != srcdir

I'm attaching a patch that takes a few more features from FFmpeg's
build system, allowing to have builddir != srcdir builds.

With this I should be able to start working on the first integration
branch for xine-lib.
