[DVDnav-discuss] [PATCH] compiling with external dvdread, please test

./configure2 now accepts --with-dvdread=/usr/local/include/dvdread/
to compile dvdnav against an external dvdread.

Please, test and report.
p.s. there's still something weird with include paths that needs 
proper fixing.
