[DVDnav-discuss] removing autoshit stuff from dvdnav build system

I'm convinced that we are in desperate need to replace the build 
system with something sane like the one in ffmpeg or mplayer,
but I have 0 experience on the subject and prefer coding in C.
Any volunteer?
