Not only. I don't remember anymore what Roberto has said to that
issue, but Måns and me wanted to have British style.
Why? Because there are too many books with US style out there already :-)
If anyone thinks that's a problem, please speak up, otherwise
i regard it as a bike shed issue which should be resloved quick
and dirty and not over a length discussion.
