Given that you want each dimension to be divisible by 16 and you want
to retain a 4:3 aspect ratio with square pixels it is simple to
calculate the following table of valid sizes:

768x576 (PAL)
704x528
640x480 (NTSC)
576x432
512x384
448x336
384x288
320x240
etc.
