Uh... There isn't even a directory 'GL' inside /usr/X11R6/include...
Makes me wonder. Perhaps my Nvidia graphics card (with matching
proprietary module loaded) has something to do with that? Anyway,
it's XFree86 4.2.1, as far as I remember...

...but to me it doesn't matter, 'cause that did the trick. I don't
even want to know what --disable-gl disabled exactly :-)
