I'm using libavcodec for both video and audio (afm and vfm ffmpeg). My
full mplayer output is below, if you want to see.

I'm using some jumbled combination of experimental codec packs from a
long time ago. I'll clean it up sometime, but it's not really a priority
since most formats can be decoded with mplayer-native codecs or
libavcodec. In any case that doesn't matter for the file at hand, since
I, at least, don't have any trouble with libavcodec handling the
decoding.

RC4 is getting kind of old, so you should try latest CVS and fill out
a bugreport (DOCS/bugreports.html).
