Umm.. isn't that supposed to be the new gif-demuxer? i mean
it's supposed to be a new feature... right? Anyway, i compiled
rc4 (well, actually a CVS snapshot, a bit newer than rc4) and
had no probs with it.

Maybe you guys are lacking some libs in your systems...
