[MPlayer-users] PAL support

The PAL/NTSC matter is a gfx card thing... I don't think it has to do 
with mplayer what so ever.

I had to adjust my PAL/NTSC in the BIOS of my Compaq Armada M700, on 
the Apple machines I have not even seen the problem.
