Hello,

I am having a problem which is described below. I also give informations about
the system on which it appears. There is the output of mplayer -v during the
playback of the Shrek DVD attached to this email (mplayer version used to create
the output: CVS snapshot of 28.05.2002). Any help will be highly appreaciated.

Regards,

Serban Udrea

Problem description
-------------------
Complete system freeze (not even network access possible) after a random time of DVD
or avi-file playback (ranging from 1 min to 19 min from the start of the playback).
No observable quality problems during palyback up to the hang-up.
Playback without sound didn't solve the problem.
Different cache settings also didn't help. Switching on and of frame-dropping
had no result.
