hmm, I don't think the video-out is the problem. I tried x11 and sdl, I
don't have xv or something like that here(shitty tnt1 card).. 

the other 25 nge episodes play just fine(and they have the same size,
same bitrate etc).

about 200mb per file, they are in japanese with german subtitles
