[MPlayer-users] MGA_EQUALIZER not working

Hello,

As per the comment in vidix/drivers/mga_vid.c:

    * fix/complete brightness/contrast handling (Nick)
            MGA users: please test this! (#define MGA_EQUALIZER)

I am testing it.  Results not good.

Right from startup, I get a picture that looks correct except it's
"shaded" green on the top half and purple on the bottom rather than
having the full range of colors it should have.

Adjusting contrast/brightness shows on the OSD slider, but has no
effect on the picture.

Ideas?
