[MPlayer-users] Pb with MPlayer

MPlayer runs pretty good (with the -idx option for AVI files) only when 
I start it in a konsole.
When I call it THROUGH a bash script, or with ALT/F2 on the kde window , 
I obtain a black windows and an error in module decode_video (1 almost 
times, sometimes 11 or 15).
Can you help me?
I precise that I could not obtain gui mode in configure because it did 
not find gtk : however gimp runs correctly on mi machine. Have I a bad 
version?
